The Brew: Judge Orders Trump to Fly Terrorist Gang Members Back to U.S.; O.K. Corral Moment with Petty Dictators Comes Closer

Classic Westerns thrive on the slow build of tension. Think of High Noon or Tombstone: A community is terrorized by ruthless outlaws, who have either corrupted or intimidated the local lawmen, leaving innocent citizens defenseless. The only hope for the community is an Outsider — a sharpshooter with a clean heart, someone who steps in to clean up the town and restore order.

But this Outsider isn’t eager for a fight. He’s seen enough violence in his time and would rather leave his gun behind, find love, and seek peace.

Yet the violence keeps escalating. The outlaws grow bolder, their brutality more obvious as they face little resistance. The sheriff, powerless and humiliated, watches as one of the bandits mocks him in public. He retreats in defeat, just trying to save himself. As the chaos mounts, the violence spills over, with women and children becoming the latest victims.

And the Outsider watches it all unfold, quietly burning with anger, as his sense of justice and decency slowly overpowers his exhaustion. The tipping point comes when he finally straps on his gun, setting aside his hope for peace. (This is typically the moment around 90 minutes into the film, when screenwriters mark the beginning of Act III.) At this stage, the Outsider sacrifices his dream of a quiet life, throwing caution to the wind to defend the innocent and take down the predators.

It feels like we've just crossed into Act III in Donald Trump’s remake of Tombstone.

A Criminal Gang in Black Robes

For weeks, lawless lower-court judges have been seizing the powers of the executive branch — blocking Trump’s duly appointed Treasury Secretary from accessing his department’s computers, ordering Trump to rehire ineffective temporary federal employees, and preventing his appointees from managing their budgets as they see fit. These judges even went so far as to block Trump from revoking security clearances from a prominent D.C. law firm (Perkins Coie), a key player in the swampy network that pushed the discredited Steele Dossier. If the president can’t constitutionally decide who gets security clearances, then who can?

Up until now, Trump has played by the “rules,” humbly appealing the orders of these judges to higher courts, despite their overreach. He was shot down once by the Supreme Court, in part due to a frustrating vote by Justice Amy Coney Barrett. The Left’s strategy of wearing Trump down, ensnaring him like Frodo in Shelob’s lair with endless legal entanglements, has proven effective. All they need to do is keep Trump tied up in these battles, striking him down repeatedly, until his forced ineffectiveness costs the Republicans the midterms. Then, it will be business as usual, with another election — like 2016 and 2020 — either stolen through lawfare or manipulated to deny the will of the people.

But now they’ve gone too far. Like the bandits in a Western slapping the beautiful widow the Outsider loves or shooting down a schoolkid in broad daylight in front of witnesses, the criminals tyrannizing us have crossed a bright red line. They have given Trump what he needs: a reason to step forward and defy them on a cause that the public will cheer.

Bring Those Terrorist Gang Members Right Back Here

As Gateway Pundit reports:

A Radical Leftist Judge Blocks Trump’s Efforts to Secure the Border. A radical leftist judge has thrown a wrench into President Donald Trump’s bold mission to secure America’s borders and protect its law-abiding citizens from foreign threats.

On Saturday, Chief Judge James E. Boasberg — an Obama appointee — issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals, including dangerous gang members, under the Alien Enemies Act.

This wartime measure, a critical tool of executive authority, has been used for centuries to expel hostile foreign nationals.

This outrageous ruling comes after far-left activist groups, including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Democracy Forward, rushed to court in a desperate attempt to shield violent illegal immigrants from deportation.

Boasberg’s order halts deportations for the lawsuit’s named plaintiffs for just 14 days.

However, the judge’s radical ruling reached a new level of insanity when, later on Saturday, he ordered the Trump administration to immediately return planes that were already in the process of deporting members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua — one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in the Western Hemisphere.
